Nicole started her career as a typesetter and has more than 30 years of experience in the printing industry – she knows not only the art of typesetting, but also the art of finding solutions. Her passion for IT and digital technologies has continued to drive her forward, and she now feels as at home in that world as she does in the traditional printing industry. In January 2025, she took the jump into the CloudLab waters – without water wings! As a Customer Success Manager, she brings not only her many years of experience to the team, but also her quick thinking. When it comes to understanding and implementing customer needs, Nicole is the perfect person to talk to.
