Your new job

You will support our C-Level and take care of the organization of meetings and travel
You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of a wide range of projects and ensure that processes in the assistance area become more efficient
Furthermore, you will ensure that presentations, reports and strategic documents are up-to-date
You will be responsible for our contract management, evaluating sensitive information, data and documents and taking our interests into account
Greeting and supporting our business partners by phone, email and in person in German and English
You enjoy working with digital technologies and are experienced in using tools and software to optimize processes

Your qualifications

Work experience as an assistant, ideally in management
A completed commercial apprenticeship or a college or university degree
Business fluency in German and English, spoken and written
Independent, self-reliant and result-oriented working style
Ability to view circumstances and requirements from different perspectives and to develop solutions from these
